Just a quick update to add a few pics of the finally finished roof.
And yes, the siding also needs some scraping+painting... but the brand new roof is just wonderful.
It's been such a lovely, hot, sunny summer that I've used all my spare time outside, gone swimming with the dog, etc. that haven't had any time to update the blog. Shall get back to it later in the summer.
Enjoy the lovely summer days while they last!

Pikainen päivitys muutaman kuvan lisäämiseksi viimein valmiista katosta.
Ja ulkolaudoitus kaipaa vielä kipeästi maalien raaputtamista+maalausta... mutta upouusi katto on vallan mahtava.
On ollut niin upea, kuuma ja aurinkoinen kesä, että olen viettänyt kaiken vapaa-aikani ulkosalla, käynyt koiran kanssa uimassa jne. enkä ole ehtinyt päivittää blogia. Päivittelen sitä enemmän taas loppukesästä.
Nauttikaa kauniista kesäpäivistä niin kauan kuin niitä vielä riittää!

and thanks! We're very happy with the roof, too - now it definitely won't leak. It's a big step forward in this renovation project.
Glad to hear from you, too - you're always so positive. :) I'm very well, just a little too much work, but otherwise enjoying the summer. :)
